JUSBROS. VEGETABLE JUS

Vegetable gravy by JusBros. is like a good Jus de Veau, but completely plant-based. The gravy is ready to use and can easily be heated in a pan or in the steamer. For each 750ml bag of gravy, we use at least 2300 grams of vegetables.

PLANTBASED JUS

JusBros. Vegetable Jus is the perfect base for your diversions and ideal for plant-based stews. JusBros. Vegetable Jus is vegan, lactose free, contains no gluten and is dairy free. We cook the gravy locally by roasting the vegetables, pulling out a gravy and then evaporating it before binding for the perfect sticky mouth feel.

MEET THE CHEFS

The men behind JusBros. are Vincent van der Zalm and Richard Leidekker, two chefs who have surely earned their stripes in the kitchen.

Vincent has over 17 years of experience in various starred restaurants. Since 2020, Vincent has been focusing on project management, culinary consultancy and will soon open restaurant Amare in The Hague. Richard brings with him over 25 years of culinary experience. First in renowned restaurants and in recent years as Innovation Chef where he has focused on developing plant-based food ingredients for the professional market.
